Location: San Ramon, CA (onsite)
Job Description: Seeking a strong OMS Lead to manage Order Management Systems (OMS) operations, drive efficiencies in order processing, and lead a team at Alo Yoga's San Ramon office.
Key Responsibilities:
OMS Management: Oversee end-to-end OMS operations, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfilment.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of OMS specialists.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, IT, and customer service to optimize processes.
Issue Resolution: Serve as point of contact for OMS-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Data Analysis: Monitor OMS data, identify trends, and report performance metrics.
Documentation: Maintain process documentation for consistency and training.
Requirements:
Experience: Strong OMS experience (any OMS platform is acceptable).
Location Requirement: Available to work onsite in San Ramon, CA 4 days a week.
Skills: Leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Retail/e-commerce, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with OMS tools, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
